Dr. Treatment..needs some medical attention. The commerical says if it last for more than 3 hours, please seek medical help. I think he is long over due.

You see, I'm pretty sure that the story goes like this: she/he is a heroin or porn addict who became destitute and lost everything she/he ever had, the family disowned her/him... etc etc. They said to him: either you get this treatment or we're through with you, you don't belong here any more. So he/she had no choice, but it happened that the doctor giving him/her the treatment was a scary witch and now that's all he/she can think of! He/she sees the doctor all the time in his dreams and even got a nickname "Dr. Treatment"!
